Masilla de poliéster de alta calidad, de secado rápido y acabado, que se caracteriza por una aplicación muy sencilla gracias a su efecto “autonivelante”. Está diseñada para reparaciones de carrocerías de automóviles, ideal para su uso en grandes superficies y reparaciones rápidas e inteligentes. Gracias al uso de la última tecnología, la masilla se distingue por una contracción reducida (hasta un 95 % en comparación con los productos estándar) y un tiempo de secado muy corto.

Sustratos
El producto muestra una muy buena adherencia sobre diversas superficies. Se puede aplicar sobre:
- Acero negro y acero galvanizado, así como aluminio después de aplanarlo y desengrasarlo.
- Laminados de fibra de vidrio de poliéster lijados (GFK/GRP), masillas y rellenos de poliéster, imprimaciones acrílicas y epóxicas y recubrimientos de pintura antiguos en buen estado.
Precaución:
No aplicar masillas directamente sobre imprimaciones reactivas, productos acrílicos monocomponentes y nitrocelulósicos.

Suitable Substrates:

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from grease. Sand the surface to promote adhesion.
Mixing Ratio:
Combine 100 parts of the glaze with 2 parts of the included hardener by weight. Mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency, avoiding air entrapment.
Application:
Apply the mixture in thin layers using a suitable spreader. Multiple layers can be applied, ensuring each layer is fully cured before applying the next.
Pot Life:
The working time is approximately 4 to 6 minutes at 20°C (68°F).
Drying Time:
The glaze cures in 16 to 20 minutes at 20°C (68°F). Lower temperatures may extend the drying time.
Sanding:
For coarse sanding, use P100 to P180 grit paper. For finish sanding, use P180 to P320 grit paper.
