Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ARPShop. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Certain products are non-returnable, including sanitary goods and personal care items.
• If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging are required prior to initiating a return.

Customers who refuse to accept a delivered order will not be entitled to a refund.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@arpshop.ca with your order details and the reason for the return.
2. We will issue a return authorization number and provide further instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Additional Information:

• All return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all spray guns and spray gun parts.
• For items damaged during transit, photographic evidence of the damage and packaging is required before processing the return.
