Masilla de poliéster para carrocería MASTER Onyx
Masilla estructural de poliéster reforzada con fibra de vidrio corta, diseñada para reparaciones rápidas de carrocerías. Especialmente recomendada para rellenar abolladuras y agujeros de gran tamaño en vehículos, remolques y semirremolques. Ofrece un muy buen refuerzo a las partes dañadas de la carrocería.

Sustratos
El producto muestra una muy buena adherencia a diversos sustratos. Puede aplicarse sobre:
- Acero y aluminio después del mateado y desengrasado.
- Acero revestido de zinc después del mateado y desengrasado.
- Laminados de fibra de vidrio-poliéster lijados (GFK/GRP), masillas y rellenos de poliéster, imprimaciones acrílicas y epoxi, capas de pintura antiguas en buen estado.
Precaución :
No aplicar masillas directamente sobre imprimaciones reactivas, productos acrílicos monocomponentes y nitrocelulósicos.

How to Use
Surface Preparation – Clean the area thoroughly, ensuring it is free of dust, grease, and contaminants. Lightly sand for better adhesion.
Mixing – Blend the filler with the included BPO cream hardener at a 2% ratio until the color is uniform.
Application – Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spreader. Build up layers if needed, allowing each layer to set.
Curing Time – Allow 15–30 minutes for the filler to dry completely before sanding.
Sanding & Finishing – Sand with progressively finer grit (starting with 80-120 grit and finishing with 220-400 grit) for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
