Enduit de finition en polyester de qualité supérieure, à séchage rapide, caractérisé par une application très facile grâce à son effet « autonivelant ». Il est conçu pour les réparations de carrosseries automobiles – idéal pour une utilisation sur de grandes surfaces et des réparations rapides et intelligentes. Grâce à l'utilisation de la dernière technologie, le mastic se distingue par un retrait réduit (jusqu'à 95 % par rapport aux produits standard) et un temps de séchage très court.

Substrats
Le produit présente une très bonne adhérence sur différentes surfaces. Il peut être appliqué sur :
- Acier noir et acier zingué ainsi qu'aluminium après dépolissage et dégraissage.
- Stratifiés en fibre de verre polyester poncés (GFK / GRP), mastics et enduits de carrosserie polyester, apprêts acryliques et époxy et anciens revêtements de peinture en bon état.
Prudence:
Ne pas appliquer les enduits de remplissage directement sur les apprêts réactifs, les produits acryliques monocomposants et les produits nitrocellulosiques.

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from grease. Sand the surface to promote adhesion.
Mixing Ratio:
Combine 100 parts of the glaze with 2 parts of the included hardener by weight. Mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency, avoiding air entrapment.
Application:
Apply the mixture in thin layers using a suitable spreader. Multiple layers can be applied, ensuring each layer is fully cured before applying the next.
Pot Life:
The working time is approximately 4 to 6 minutes at 20°C (68°F).
Drying Time:
The glaze cures in 16 to 20 minutes at 20°C (68°F). Lower temperatures may extend the drying time.
Sanding:
For coarse sanding, use P100 to P180 grit paper. For finish sanding, use P180 to P320 grit paper.
