Masilla de poliéster para carrocería MASTER AirFlex
Masilla de poliéster multifuncional de dos componentes de alta calidad diseñada para reparaciones rápidas en automóviles. Combina las características de una masilla de relleno y de acabado.
Es ideal para rellenar defectos y abolladuras en piezas metálicas y plásticas expuestas a deformaciones y vibraciones. Se caracteriza por su alta elasticidad, ligereza y consistencia tipo esmalte.
Ventajas
- Alta flexibilidad.
- Excelente adherencia a todo tipo de superficies, incluidos plásticos.
- Superficie muy lisa después de la aplicación y lijado.
- Perfecto para usar en grandes superficies (baja gravedad específica).
- Superficie autonivelante después de la aplicación.
- Extremadamente fácil de lijar.
Sustratos
El producto tiene muy buena adherencia a diversos sustratos. Puede aplicarse sobre:
- Varios paneles plásticos exteriores (PP, EPDM, ABS, PC, PPO, PA, RTPU, PBTP, PVC, PUR, espuma blanda de PUR, UP-GF).
- Acero y aluminio después del aplanado y desengrasado.
- Acero recubierto de zinc después del aplanado y desengrasado.
- Fibra de vidrio lijada (GFK/GRP), masillas de poliéster, imprimaciones acrílicas y epoxi y recubrimientos existentes en buen estado.
Recomendamos papel de lija con gradaciones: P80÷P120.
Precaución: No aplicar la masilla directamente sobre los primers reactivos, productos acrílicos 1K y nitrocelulósicos.

How to Use
Surface Preparation – Clean the area thoroughly, ensuring it is free of dust, grease, and contaminants. Lightly sand for better adhesion.
Mixing – Blend the filler with the included BPO cream hardener at a 2% ratio until the color is uniform.
Application – Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spreader. Build up layers if needed, allowing each layer to set.
Curing Time – Allow 15–30 minutes for the filler to dry completely before sanding.
Sanding & Finishing – Sand with progressively finer grit (starting with 80-120 grit and finishing with 220-400 grit) for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
