Mastic polyester multifonctionnel à 2 composants de haute qualité, conçu pour les réparations automobiles rapides. Il combine les caractéristiques d'un mastic de remplissage et de finition.
Il est idéal pour combler les défauts et les aspérités des pièces métalliques et plastiques exposées aux déformations et aux vibrations. Il se caractérise par une grande élasticité, une grande légèreté et une consistance de type émail.

Substrats
Le produit a une très bonne adhérence sur différents supports. Il peut être appliqué sur :
- Différents panneaux extérieurs en plastique (PP, EPDM, ABS, PC, PPO, PA, RTPU, PBTP, PVC, PUR, mousse souple PUR, UP-GF).
- Acier et aluminium après dépolissage et dégraissage.
- Acier zingué après dépolissage et dégraissage.
- Fibre de verre poncée (GFK/GRP), mastics polyester, apprêts acryliques et époxy et revêtements existants en bon état.
Nous recommandons du papier de verre avec des gradations : P80÷P120.
Attention : Ne pas appliquer le mastic directement sur les apprêts réactifs, les produits acryliques 1K et nitrocellulosiques.

How to Use
Surface Preparation – Clean the area thoroughly, ensuring it is free of dust, grease, and contaminants. Lightly sand for better adhesion.
Mixing – Blend the filler with the included BPO cream hardener at a 2% ratio until the color is uniform.
Application – Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spreader. Build up layers if needed, allowing each layer to set.
Curing Time – Allow 15–30 minutes for the filler to dry completely before sanding.
Sanding & Finishing – Sand with progressively finer grit (starting with 80-120 grit and finishing with 220-400 grit) for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
