Mastic polyester pour carrosserie MASTER Onyx
Mastic polyester structurel renforcé de fibres de verre courtes, conçu pour les réparations rapides de carrosseries automobiles. Particulièrement recommandé pour le remplissage de bosses et de trous importants sur les véhicules, remorques et semi-remorques. Offre un très bon renforcement aux parties endommagées de la carrosserie.

Substrats
Le produit présente une très bonne adhérence sur divers supports. Il peut être appliqué sur :
- Acier et aluminium après matage et dégraissage
- Acier zingué après matage et dégraissage
- Stratifiés en fibre de verre-polyester (GFK/GRP) sablés, mastics et enduits de carrosserie en polyester, apprêts acryliques et époxy, anciens revêtements de peinture en bon état.
Prudence :
Ne pas appliquer les enduits de remplissage directement sur les apprêts réactifs, les produits acryliques monocomposants et les produits nitrocellulosiques.

How to Use
Surface Preparation – Clean the area thoroughly, ensuring it is free of dust, grease, and contaminants. Lightly sand for better adhesion.
Mixing – Blend the filler with the included BPO cream hardener at a 2% ratio until the color is uniform.
Application – Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spreader. Build up layers if needed, allowing each layer to set.
Curing Time – Allow 15–30 minutes for the filler to dry completely before sanding.
Sanding & Finishing – Sand with progressively finer grit (starting with 80-120 grit and finishing with 220-400 grit) for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
