Substrats
- Le produit a une très bonne adhérence sur différents supports. Il peut être appliqué sur :
– Acier et aluminium nus après dépolissage et dégraissage.
– Acier galvanisé et zingué après dépolissage et dégraissage.
– Fibre de verre sablée (GFK/GRP), mastics polyester, apprêts acryliques et époxy et existants
revêtements en bon état.
Prudence :
Ne pas appliquer le mastic directement sur les apprêts réactifs, les produits acryliques 1K et nitrocellulosiques.

How to Use
Surface Preparation – Clean and degrease the repair area, ensuring it is free of rust, dirt, and contaminants. Sand lightly for better adhesion.
Mixing – Blend the filler with the included BPO cream hardener at a 2% ratio until the color is uniform.
Application – Apply the mixed filler to the damaged area using a spreader. Build up layers if needed, allowing each layer to set.
Curing Time – Allow 15–30 minutes for the filler to dry completely before sanding.
Sanding & Finishing – Sand with progressively finer grit (starting with 80-120 grit and finishing with 220-400 grit) for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
