Shipping policy

  • An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Standard delivery) will usually be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
  • Most standard shipments should arrive in 1 to 11 business days depending upon routing and the distance.

Freight delivery

Some larger items require freight delivery. An additional freight charge will be calculated, and you will be notified by e-mail to approve the additional charge to your credit card at the actual time of shipment. Heavy and oversized items will have an additional charge.

Return your item

Please call our tech support department at 1-866-209-1249 and one of our customer service reps will assist you with your return/or exchange. Please have your account number and invoice number available for the service rep to assist you.

Send back your return via the Post Office, UPS, FedEx or another service with a copy of the original order. 

*We suggest that you select a service with tracking information for your records.

  • All new resalable items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • No refunds without a sales receipt.
  • There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item.
  • The arrived damaged item will be replaced with no charge1.
  • Please allow 14 days for us to Receive and Process Your Return.

We’ll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges).

To assure fast, accurate processing of your return, be sure to make a copy of your original invoice that came with the merchandise and encloses it with the returned merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape, not string.

    Please provide proof by sending via email pictures or video of damaged packaging and item.
